Today, on the anniversary of the fall of the hero Luan Haradinaj, homage was paid at the Memorial Complex of the Martyrs of the Dukagjin Operational Zone in Gllogjan, where political figures and his comrades gathered.
Former KLA fighter, Nasim Haradinaj, spoke highly of Luani, describing him as the wisest of the sons of Mother Ruka, to whom he addressed himself.
"You had the calmest, most respectful son, Luan," he told him, adding: "When he was young and took on national duties, he surprised everyone with his courage."
"Luani was the locomotive of the entire KLA, but Luan Haradinaj wanted to turn 24 hours into 48 hours and never, when he brought logistics in, did he return without an action, which means that he used twice as much time to the maximum," he said, adding that Luani has not only made his family proud, but has transcended the boundaries of the family, the village and today is the symbol of the entire national resistance."
Meanwhile, he humorously spoke about his father, the national activist, Smajl Haradinaj, who is buried in this complex.
"For what Uncle Smajl called me, he beat me more than...", while adding that, beyond his biological sons, he was honored by Shkëlzen, Luan and Ramush Haradinaj. /Express/
