PDK MP, Jakup Nura, said that the leader of the LVV, Albin Kurti, since the announcement of the results, has been delaying the creation of institutions and now the holding of extraordinary parliamentary elections.
According to him, in the absence of the necessary votes, he is asking President Osmani for time to hold the elections at a time that suits Kurti.
MP Nura, in a statement to RTV21, also criticized President Osmani for being in sync with the leader of the LVV, Albin Kurti, for, as he said, a common political future.
"This is in the efforts of the winning party in the February elections, almost since the announcement of the results it has been dissatisfied with the result it has received and its tendency has constantly been to postpone until the moment when they see that it is the right moment to go to the elections. The generosity of the head of state, Vjosa Osmani, I think is a synchronicity of them which proves that they will be close to each other in the future as well," said Nura.
Nura is not optimistic that a parliamentary majority can be created to form a Government from the former opposition parties.
"It is most unfortunate that the former opposition parties cannot form a Government, perhaps not with a significant majority, but I think they would have formed a Government, but due to the negligence or lack of unity of a former opposition party, we must now tire the citizens with one election after another. Unfortunately, Kosovo will go to elections," he declared.
