Betim Recica and Vjollca Kelmendi, Ministry of Transport and Telecommunication officials, did not testify on Thursday against the former Minister of MTPT, Fatmir Limaj. However, their testimony will resume today.
The testimony of Recica and Kelmendi was postponed due to the request by the defense lawyers.
Limaj, now an MP and leader of opposition party Nisma is being accused of organized crime, abuse of official duty and bribery. The group of the accused also includes Endrit Shala, Nexhat Krasniqi, Shpetim Telaku and Florim Sukaj.
Thursday's session has proceeded with the introductory speech by some of the accused. Today's session will resume with the presentation of Endrit Shala, who used to be Limaj's chief of cabinet.
Shala in the past stated that Prosecution's indictment against him is four-page document of fabricated and nonexistent text messaged between him and Sukaj.
