Philip S. Kosnett was sworn in as the new U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo on Tuesday during a ceremony held at the U.S. State Department. The ceremony was attended also by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci who is paying an official visit to Washington.
Thaci in a Facebook post said that he congratulated newly appointed Ambassador for the new job, and offered support of the Republic of Kosovo. He also thanked the outgoing ambassador Greg Delawie for his “excellent work” in Kosovo.
