Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said Wednesday that opening of the debate on correction of borders between Kosovo and Serbia is unacceptable. He made the comments during an official visit he is paying to Albanian coastal city of Vlora.
“The border should not be touched! Current borders are result of wars,” Haradinaj said, opposing thus the idea proposed by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who launched the idea of correction of border with Serbia. “Wars have had tragic consequences for the Balkans nations and borders cannot be changed through statements,” Haradinaj said.
