The acting government of Kosovo yesterday approved a decision amending and supplementing a previous decision on the implementation of international sanctions "with the aim of aligning the foreign policy of the Republic of Kosovo with the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) of the European Union".
This decision was welcomed by the acting head of the EU mission in Kosovo, Eva Palatová.
"Kosovo's increasing, voluntary alignment with the EU's Common Foreign and Security Policy is a strong and welcome signal of its commitment to shared values and integration. I welcome the government's recent decision to align with more EU sanctions and political declarations, including those against Russia and Belarus," she wrote.
