Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that his country is "prepared for any scenario" regarding war developments in the region, especially in the face of tensions with Iran and Lebanon.
In a video address published on social media, Netanyahu stressed that Israel is "on the verge of eliminating" a key Hezbollah stronghold in Bint Jbeil, in southern Lebanon.
He also confirmed that he has ordered the Israel Defense Forces to continue operations to secure the area and expand it eastward.
According to Netanyahu, Israel's strategic objectives in this conflict remain consistent with those of the United States.
"It is still too early to say how this will end or even how it will progress. Given the possibility that fighting will resume, we are prepared for any scenario," he said.
