President Vjosa Osmani's decree to dissolve the Parliament is the main topic of recent days on the political scene.
Its submission by the Vetëvendosje Movement to the Constitutional Court was analyzed in Klan Kosova with the Director of the Kosovo Law Institute, Ehad Miftaraj.
Miftaraj stated that the Vetëvendosje Movement is waging, as he put it, a 'frontal war' against the Constitutional Court.
"It started in 2024-2025, that for the last two years the Vetëvendosje Movement has had a strategy to delegitimize the work of the Constitutional Court in public," he stressed.
He also gave the reasons why this is happening.
The Constitutional Court, on March 9, imposed a temporary measure against the Head of State's decision to dissolve the Parliament.
This measure is valid until March 31, when the process of electing a new President is halted until the Constitutional Court's decision.
