Ehat Miftaraj from IKL said on T7's "Pressing" that the head of the Judicial Council is not being elected because one member falls ill today, another tomorrow.
He said he suspects that this is being done in coordination with politics, with the aim of getting two new members who will then be able to elect the chairman.
"Members of the Judicial Council in the last 10 days have unfortunately been behaving like naughty children, one gets sick today and another tomorrow, meaning that for two weeks they are postponing the meetings of the Judicial Council in the hope that two new members will join, who will then have to change the numbers to elect a new chairman," he said. /Gazeta Express
