On September 10, 2023, the "Hora e Skanderbeg" Association was founded, with the aim of donating the statue of the National Hero, Gjergj Kastrioti-Skanderbeg, to the Arbëreshës of Italy, on behalf of the Albanian diaspora, as a token of gratitude and respect for their all-round contribution. and especially for the unprecedented solidarity they showed by opening their doors and generous hearts to Albanians expelled during Serbia's genocide in the 1998-1999 war.

For a full year, this project was public and those interested were able to see the statue in newspapers, portals and television interviews. During all this time, there was no comment on the artistic realization or any allusion to the “resemblance” of the statue to Prime Minister Rama. The project was realized in the best possible way and precisely on August 30, 2024, on the 536th anniversary of the celebration of the founding of the Arbëresh settlement, Hora e Arbëreshëvet, the magnificent statue of Gjergj Kastrioti-Skënderbeg was inaugurated.

During the inauguration ceremony of the statue, the municipal authorities of Hora e Arbëreshëvet and the “Hora e Skanderbeg” Association signed a memorandum of cooperation to find appropriate forms to contribute to national cohesion and the strongest possible connection of the emigrants with the Arbëreshës of Italy. This fact mobilized Serbia's “instruments” to sabotage the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation.

In order to sow suspicion, which is a prerequisite for preventing Albanian immigrants from approaching the Arbëresh of Italy, the day after the inauguration ceremony of the statue and the signing of the memorandum, social networks were flooded with attempts to smear the statue.

In my article titled “Gjergj Kastrioti’s September and the Fregoli Syndrome”, I brought out some aspects of the hysteria that had gripped Edi Rama’s political opponents, who saw his face, hand and shadow even where they were not. All my friends and a part of the public opinion know my disagreements with some of Edi Rama’s positions and anyone who wants to be informed about the accuracy of this, just “surf the internet” like Dritan Goxhaj. However, divergences and contradictions with the positions of any politician cannot blind me to pathological hatred towards people with whom I disagree, as has become common to read or see in television media.

The first reaction against my article was the writing on behalf of Dritan Goxhaj, although previously neither he nor his father, Dilaver Goxhaj, had come out with any position regarding the rumors about the appearance of the statue of Skanderbeg, realized by Gëzim Muriqi. This reaction surprised all those who did not know the truth about who Dritan Goxhaj is. After the answers that I gave to the author of the article in my reaction titled“The gloom and 'constipation' of constructive ideas” and “The Serbian 'logic' of manipulation with Moikom Zeqo's quotes and the alla-Goxhaj slogan”, the source of the aforementioned hysteria came to light. It was precisely the term "mercenary" in the conclusion of my answer, that "I will not hold accountable the mercenaries who have made our heads gray with their constant demands to receive eternal salaries for their great contribution." "national that they would have given us", made them lose their temper, pull the rabbit out of the hole and vomit "that rotten spoon" they had in their stomachs (expression of a character in an Albanian film, who had infiltrated the ranks of the liberators). In the reaction dated September 29, 2024, Dilaver Goxhaj claims that "Bardhyl Mahmuti did not know the meaning of the Albanian word 'mercenary'"until before he went to study in France" and continues: "We say this because this international word is not only found in the Serbian language, which he knows by heart, because in Serbian they call mercenaries: placenik em; while in Russian: nayemnik. I come to the conclusion that Mr. Mahmuti learned the meaning of the word "mercenary" when he went to study outside the former Yugoslavia, because the word "mercenary" is an international word, for example: French - mercenaire; English - mercenary. Thus, even though he does not know the Albanian language well, Mahmuti Bardhyl learned the meaning of the word mercenary from French, when he studied there for several years and lived there for several more years."

The word "mercenary" has Latin origins and means material compensation for a job done."The English teacher", Dilaver Goxhaj, knows that "in Serbian and Russian the international word 'mercenary' means of the salaryman", but pretend not to know that the first meaning of this word of Latin origin, in the Oxford Dictionary, is defined as follows: "A soldier who will fight for any country or group that offers payment" (A soldier who fights for any army or group that offers pay), while the Cambridge Dictionary defines it as: "Interested only in the amount of money that you can get from a situation" (Only interested in the amount of money he can get out of a situation).

No matter how small the amount of money he claims to have received to fight in the Kosovo war may have seemed (500 German marks per month, which at that time was equivalent to 40 new lekë, and the sum of 4000 marks he received in August 2000, which was equivalent to 320 new lekë), it is an indisputable fact that Dilaver Goxhaj had come to the Kosovo war in exchange for a monthly payment that was to be given to his family!

It is an indisputable right for people to enter into contractual relationships, even for participation in war, and to revolt if their conditions are not met. However, in this specific case, it is vile to attempt to deceive uninformed readers, posing the dilemma of whether I, "out of the hatred I had for the contribution of the Goxhaj family", "as an advisor to Hashim Thaçi, I had advised Hashim on the awarding of decorations with distinctions, in the capacity of the President of Kosovo, to contributors from Albania" and that supposedly among "Over 100 citizens from the Republic of Albania, President Hashim Thaçi has decorated the waiters who served him coffee, but not the 3 (three) officers from the Republic of Albania who have performed high command duties in the ranks of the KLA inside Kosovo, to come out of that war alive, while Indrit Cara and Tahir Sinani fell martyrs."

The lie that I allegedly advised President Hashim Thaçi to award decorations in a differentiated manner is a very small lie compared to the others. All those who have followed the political developments in Kosovo know that I have never been an advisor to Hashim Thaçi, but I have performed the function of one of the six political representatives of the KLA, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Provisional Government, as well as Vice President of the PDK. But it is extremely disgusting when a mercenary who came to war in exchange for a salary compares himself to the hero Indrit Cara, who left his salary and London luxury and came to fight in Kosovo. It is the vileness of the Goxha family to lie that Tahir Sinani was a martyr in the Kosovo war!

For his merits in leading the liberation war, after the end of the war in Kosovo, Tahir Sinani was decorated by the Prime Minister of the Provisional Government of Kosovo with the "Adem Jashari" Order, which was the highest recognition at that time!

After the end of the war in Kosovo, Tahir Sinani was appointed Commander of the Third Operational Zone of the Kosovo Protection Corps (KMK), but he abandoned this function as soon as the war in the Presevo Valley began. He also made an extraordinary contribution to the war of the National Liberation Army, as commander and leader of the 116th Brigade, which bore his name. Two years after the end of the war in Kosovo, on July 29, 2001, the hero Tahir Sinani lost his life in the Gostivar mountains, along with 4 fighters from his brigade.

The Goxha family's atrocities revealed only one aspect of their character. But to understand it, "Where the rabbit sleeps" by Dilaver Goxhaj and the reasons for their attacks, I must remind readers of some issues related to Serbian slander against the KLA.

Since the day the report bearing Dick Marty's name was made public, I have repeatedly reiterated that it was a report compiled by the Serbian Secret Service and have accused the Swiss senator of "plagiarism" for putting his name on a document that he did not draft.

A comparative analysis of the content of the “white papers” of the Serbian Secret Service with the content of the report in question is included in the work “The Big Deception” (February 2015). About four years after the publication of “The Big Deception”, my analysis was fully confirmed. On October 24, 2018, on the morning show on the Serbian television “TV Happy”, during the inauguration of the author’s book "The Land of Wilhelm Tell - Stories from Switzerland", The former Serbian ambassador to Bern, Switzerland, Milan St. Protić (Protić) has confessed to how he was given to Dick Marty "evidence prepared by Serbian institutions for organ trafficking and the yellow house"In this television interview, Milan St. Protić confessed that was assigned as ambassador to Switzerland, precisely to contact Dick Marty, to deliver the files prepared by the Serbian state institutions for the report entitled "Traj"inhumane killing of persons and illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo"He even specified that "He had his first meetings with Dick Marty before he had even submitted his credentials to the host country.". Meanwhile, in the book "The Land of Wilhelm Tell - Stories from Switzerland", the former ambassador describes the meeting of the Serbian delegation with Dick Marty at the Zurich railway station (Milan St. Protić, Zemlja Viljema Tela, – Priče iz Švičarské, Vulkan, 2018, p. 105).

The Serbian delegation consisted of four members, who had come from Belgrade to Switzerland to deliver to Dick Marty the files prepared by the Serbian Secret Service. Of the four members of the delegation, Protić gives the identities of two of them: prosecutors Vladimir Vukčević and Bruno Vakarić, who had fabricated the testimony of "witnesses" eyepiece (Ibid., p. 105). For one of the two members of the delegation, Protić limits himself to the information that he had been "member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia". Meanwhile, for the fourth person, her "function" is emphasized: assistant to the judge" (Ibid., p. 108). The identities of both remain secret!!!

In the context of what can help us see "where the rabbit sleeps" of Dilaver, I am mentioning the report compiled by the Serbian Secret Service that bears the name of Dick Marty. In the 13th paragraph of this report it is stated:

“Regarding these disappearances (mentioned in the previous paragraphs – my clarification), we must underline that a considerable number of Albanian families who lost a relative after June 12, 1999, have declared that the disappearance occurred on a date before this date, for fear that their relatives might be considered as ‘traitors’ punished by the KLA. It is significant that The Kosovo law on compensation for the families of 'martyrs' expressly excludes persons who died after the deployment of KFOR forces. As for the law on compensation for the families of the missing, which is currently under discussion, the position of the Kosovo authorities is to include only disappearances that occurred between 1 January 1999 and 12 June 1999. Indeed, this demonstrates the sensitivity of the issue of the Albanian missing. According to the many interlocutors we have had, this topic remains a real taboo and a serious obstacle to the search for the truth, because the hunt for 'traitors' has often concealed the bloody war between the KLA factions and has served to conceal crimes committed by members of the KLA or persons associated with it.

Through this fabrication, Serbian propaganda attempted to deny the killings of Albanian civilians by Serbian forces and pointed the finger at the victims' family members as the culprits who, for financial gain, concealed the crimes committed by the KLA members. By doing so, they attempted to deny the killings of Albanian civilians in order to destroy the Albanians as a distinct national group, which constitutes a genocidal act, included in paragraph a) of Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and the basic documents of international criminal law.

The testimony of one of the victims of sexual violence, Mrs. Vasfije Krasniqi-Goodman, in the American Congress, in the Italian Senate and Congress and in many institutions of the EU countries, marks a very important event for raising the awareness of international public opinion and the political institutions of Western democratic countries about the truth of the crime of genocide in Kosovo. Starting from the fact that sexual violence, with the aim of destroying the physical and mental integrity of one or more members of a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such, falls into the category of genocidal acts foreseen in paragraph b) of Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and in the basic documents of international criminal law (Genocide through serious injury to bodily or mental integrity), the Serbian Secret Service mobilized its informants in all former republics of the Yugoslav Federation in two directions:

1. Complete denial of the acts of sexual violence committed by Serbian armed forces against Albanians in the last war;

2. In cases where evidence of sexual violence cannot be contested, they should be presented as individual cases.

Such a Serbian strategy can be understood if we consider that genocide through sexual violence, as a form of violation of physical and mental integrity, is related to the fact that this category does not include sexual violence that is committed as an individual act to vent lust, but only acts that aim to destroy any of the groups protected by the Genocide Convention and the basic documents of international criminal law.

Precisely for this reason, the preoccupation of the structures that planned and implemented the genocide plan is to conceal the crimes. Since the victims in Kosovo were evident, the strategy of Serbia and its supporters was to reduce the number of victims and shift responsibility from the state to groups and individuals (paramilitaries), who were supposedly outside state control.

Public accounts of several cases of sexual violence in Kosovo best illustrate this strategy. During some rapes, we have the “intervention” of Serbian military superiors, “reprimanding” those who committed rape and treating them as “filthy”. We even have cases where the criminals are presented as “drunk or under the influence of narcotics”. In this way, the Serbian state tries to present acts of sexual violence as individual actions and to deny the truth that the aim of this violence was to seriously harm the physical and mental integrity of the raped Albanians, with the aim of destroying Albanians as such.

It is known that sexual violence has serious consequences for the victim. But when sexual violence is used as part of a strategy to destroy a group, as was the case with the rapes of Albanians in Kosovo, then the purpose of sexual violence is not only to destroy the direct victims, but, through rape, the intention was to harm the mental integrity of the victims' relatives, of the entire group, of all Albanians. Only within the framework of this purpose can the rapes of men and the coercive rapes within members of the same family be explained, where the parent was forced to have sexual relations with his or her child and vice versa.

Therefore, we must be careful when trying to shed light on this form of genocide, because we risk individualizing a state crime.

Another event related to raising international awareness of the crime of genocide committed by Serbia in Kosovo is related to the activity of the Center “Genocide in Kosovo – Open Wound”. We are explaining to readers that with the initiative of the Cultural Association “Voice of the Homeland” in Montebelluna, Italy and the help of Albanian associations and expatriates, 1000 copies of my novel “Death Squadrons” were translated and published in Italian, which, on January 15, 2024, on the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Genocide of Serbia in Kosovo, the League of Kosovo Writers declared as the best book that sheds light on the genocide against Albanians in the last war.

The free distribution of the documentary novel about the terrible crimes experienced by the Albanians of Kosovo and the activities in Italy of the Center "Genocide in Kosovo - Open Wound", did not leave indifferent the deniers of the Serbian genocide. The fact that Adnan Asllani, the initiator of the establishment of this center and its deputy chairman, was very active in the realization of the project to donate the statue in question to the Arbëresh of Italy, may explain part of the reasons why the instruments of the Serbian Secret Service went on the offensive against us.

In the wake of the orchestrated attacks against me, on September 12, 2024, the part of the new book "The Crime of Genocide - Theoretical Aspects and Case Studies" was published and drew attention to the necessity of using the correct terminology regarding the interpretation of the crimes committed in Kosovo.

In the same vein as paragraph 13 of the aforementioned report, the Serbian Secret Service spread lies that allegedly Kosovo authorities have passed laws offering large financial sums to encourage Albanian women to falsely declare that they were sexually raped by members of the Serbian armed forces.

In his latest reaction to Isuf Sherif, Dilaver Goxhaj brought the "rabbit out of the hole" of BIA (the new name of UDB):

“(…) Are you the one who shouts the loudest: “Serbs raped 1999 thousand women during the period March-June 20”? Is there a greater amoral shame? Only Albanian women stand out from all nations in terms of morality; and I also noticed this during the war, when Albanian women in the KLA were braver than you men. A woman who is not afraid of a bullet or a cannonball, will she be afraid of a trigger?! Instead of killing yourself for this shame you are causing to Albanian women, have the courage to write to me, because I do not know the reality in Kosovo! But that wasn't enough, a government decision was issued, calling: "Those Albanian women who were raped by Serbs during Operation "Potkoi" to come forward and receive 10 thousand Euros."! Am I lying? Why would you "reward" those women, if such a thing had really happened? Is there a man with dignity who would come out in public and say: "They raped my wife"? Is this the Slavic-Yugoslav mentality? And the biggest surprise is the fact that you put the figure "20 thousand women raped", a figure equal to the slander of the opponents of the Armed Liberation War (UCK), who said and said that the UCK only had 20 thousand fighters, which can also be understood like this: The mothers and wives of all those Albanian boys and men of Kosovo who dared and seized weapons against Serbia were raped by the Serbs in revenge. Can it also be understood like this? Do you understand the background of this supposedly true, 20 thousand by 20 thousand? This would be: “O Albanians, Serbia is attacking us again, don't dare grab your weapons because the Serbs will rape your women and sisters.” I will start insulting you again and all of you supporters of anti-Albanians and profiteers of that liberation war.

"Why wasn't the decision made for all the mothers and wives of martyrs to come and receive 10 thousand Euros, but instead did this for the "raped" ones?"

No one should be surprised why a mercenary like Dilaver Goxhaj spreads fabrications of the Serbian Secret Service and engages in the service of the Serbian strategy of denying the crime of genocide in Kosovo. To hide the Serbian origin of this fabrication and present it as his own idea, Dilaver asks the question: "Am I lying?"

I invite all Albanian readers to examine Law No. 04/L-172 and be convinced that there is no truth in the disgusting slanders spread by Dilaver Goxhaj.

Only a mercenary soul could spread lies that supposedly "The Kosovo government has called on Albanian women who were raped by Serbs during Operation 'Horseback' to come forward and receive 10 thousand Euros"!

Such slanders in the function of denying sexual violence as a genocidal act have their source in Belgrade. Knowingly or unknowingly, all those who spread such fabrications are servants of Serbian propaganda fabricated by the Serbian Secret Service.

Defamation in the service of genocide denial is a criminal offense. If the mercenary Dilaver Goxhaj does not publicly reveal who gave him this Serbian fabrication, where he got it and from what sources, then the full responsibility for this crime falls on him!

No matter what they may say in the future, with that I conclude my replies to the instruments of the Serbian Secret Service. I will deal with the category of genocide deniers, of whatever ethnicity, in the next few acts.
