FAZ journalist Michael Martens says he has never been indicted even though he has reported on "Russian oligarchs, Serbian war criminals, Montenegrin cigarette smugglers, Kurdish rebels, Afghan war commanders...", etc., in response to presidential advisor Vjosa Osmani, who said that the president is consulting with lawyers in Germany about the journalist's statements...
The famous German newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" has dedicated an article to the efforts of the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, to remain in office for another term.
In this article, journalist Michael Martens highlights how Osmani is attempting to appear close to President Trump and his family to accomplish this goal.
In addition to this report, Advisor to the President of Kosovo, Rinor Nuhiu, said that the head of state, Vjosa Osmani, is consulting with lawyers in Germany regarding the statements of German FAZ journalist, Michael Martens.
Nuhiu wrote in "X" that Martens' "slander, slander, unfounded accusations and false claims" fall under civil and criminal liability based on German law.
"President Osmani categorically rejects his defamatory claims and dangerous spread of disinformation," he wrote.
Journalist Michael Martens responded to Osman's advisor, writing:
"Live and learn. I've been in journalism for 30 years, I've lived and worked in difficult places like Russia, Afghanistan or Turkey, writing about Russian oligarchs, Serbian war criminals, Montenegrin cigarette smugglers, Kurdish rebels, Afghan war commanders without ever being indicted. But now...", Martens wrote on the "X" network.
