The Ministry of Local Government Administration, through a post, said that during the implementation of the E-Municipalities platform, developed in 2023, all municipalities in the country have been designed and presented with their official symbols and logos, including the municipalities of North Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zveçan and Zubin Potok.

Furthermore, the MLGA adds, these last four have changed and approved new official logos during 2025. Thus, the MLGA post continues, this ministry, in close coordination with the Information Society Agency (ASHI), is currently in the process of updating these logos on the E-Municipalities platform.

Otherwise, it was reported yesterday that the logos of municipalities in the north of the country contain Serbian nationalist symbols.

Post:

The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MLGA) informs the public that during the first phase of the implementation of the E-Municipalities platform, developed in 2023, all municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo have been designed and presented with their official symbols and logos, including the municipalities of North Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zveçan and Zubin Potok.

Considering the fact that these four municipalities have changed and adopted new official logos during 2025, the MLGA, in close coordination with the Information Society Agency (ASHI), is currently in the process of updating these logos on the E-Municipalities platform.

For the purpose of clarification, we inform the public that all official logos of municipalities will be updated and reflected in the respective profiles of each municipality, in accordance with official decisions and institutional standards.

MLGA remains committed to providing accurate, up-to-date and transparent digital services to all citizens.
