Murati also stated that ''there is no legal consequence'' that the Assembly will be dissolved if the 30-day deadline is exceeded.
"In that paragraph, there is no legal or constitutional consequence regarding exceeding that deadline. THIS decree constitutes an excess, and is a rewriting of the Constitution, so it refers to something that does not exist.
