One day before the local elections, the leader of the LVV and acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, landed in the city of Mitrovica, where he designated Faton Peci as the candidate for mayor.
Both enjoyed pretzels at one of the city's bakeries.
"The best perec in Europe is in Mitrovica," Peci wrote.
