The Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, invited to the Pressing on T7, is making a statement about President Vjosa Osmani's decree to dissolve the Parliament.
During the show, the show's moderator, journalist Leonard Kerquki, asked Murat "why is VV worried" about Osman's decree, since VV "brought this situation", recalling a statement by VV leader Albin Kurti, who shortly after the elections had said that "maybe we are going to elections".
Murat responded to Kerquk's question by saying that Osman's decree is "exceeding competences."
"We are concerned because, with this unconstitutional decree, which is an excess of the powers described in the Constitution, an artificial crisis is being caused. In a situation where you have a functional parliament, where you have a functional government, you also have a functional president, with a mandate of one month, but after a month there is still no institutional vacuum, in such a situation you are issuing a decree and saying ''I am dissolving the Parliament, I am making the government in office, and the president may not even be able to be elected, we are going to elections'', Murati responded. /Express
