The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council held an extraordinary meeting today.
This meeting discussed the resignation of State Prosecutor Jeton Koca.
The Chairman of the KPK, Arian Gashi, has indicated that Koca's resignation announcement was made on February 13 of this year. He stated that the reasons were personal.
"We inform you that on February 13, 2026, we received from the Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, Mr. Jeton Koca, the notification of his resignation from the position of state prosecutor. Koca has announced that the reasons for the resignation are personal and will not make them public in this document," Gashi said, EO writes.
