The body that was found yesterday in the waters of the Vardar River, near the City Stadium in Skopje, has been identified. According to the latest information, it is a 47-year-old woman from the Nerez neighborhood of Skopje, reports Gazeta Express from Pa Censurë.
It is also known that the victim was employed at one of the foreign embassies in the country.
The body was recovered from the river by the Skopje Police Department teams, and by order of the Public Prosecutor it was sent for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities are working to fully clarify the circumstances of this tragic event.
