The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and candidate for prime minister, Bedri Hamza, held a meeting tonight with citizens and party structures in Pristina, where he said that the support and energy that the PDK is receiving throughout Kosovo is strengthening the conviction that the country needs change.
"Pristina tonight gave us a lot of energy, faith and love in our mission to say STOP to the crisis and change Kosovo," declared Hamza.
He said that during meetings with citizens, dissatisfaction with the economic and social situation in the country is becoming increasingly clear.
"Among many citizens, we saw up close something that cannot be hidden with propaganda: crisis fatigue, concern for the future, and a desire for change," he said.
Hamza emphasized that citizens are looking for institutions that deal with the real problems of everyday life.
"Citizens are not looking for miracles. They are looking for a state that works for them. A government that deals with real life: with prices, salaries, young people and the dignity of our families," said the PDK candidate for prime minister.
In the end, Hamza said that the energy and support he is receiving from citizens across Kosovo is a clear signal that the time for change has come.
"On June 7, together, we will say STOP to the crisis and change Kosovo," he concluded.
