SPAK has filed claims in the context of the file known as "5D", seeking prison sentences for the three main defendants in the case, as well as other people involved.
Specifically, SPAK has requested 11 years in prison for the former director of the Municipality of Tirana, Redi Molla, 9 years in prison for the former director of IMT, Mariglen Qato, and 4 years for Taulant Tushe.
Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that Molla, Qato and Tushe have an additional sentence, 5 years of deprivation of the right to exercise public functions.
According to the claim presented at the hearing, the prosecution requested:

-4 years in prison for Taulant Tusha
-3 years in prison for Enton Punavija
-3 years in prison for Julian Zanaj
-2 years in prison for Albano Janku
-7 years in prison for Nestor Muhametllari
