A day before the announced march in support of former KLA leaders who are being tried in The Hague, renowned singer Shkurte Fejza has made a public call for mass participation in the protest.
Invited to the show "Kosova Live" on T7, Fejza expressed concern about the course of the trial against former KLA leaders at the Specialized Chambers in The Hague, emphasizing the risk that, according to her, the history of the Kosovo war will be rewritten by those who, according to her, have lost the ability to speak even the Serbian language.
"God forbid that the Hague, and the people who are instrumentalized by Serbia, rewrite our history. You have followed the trial, it seems that they are not even speaking Serbian. Everything that Serbia says, they present as much as I was able to follow. It is a danger that could happen to our history, especially the history of the war," declared Fejza.
She added that this situation requires a civic response, calling for everyone to march to defend, as she said, historical truth.
The singer confirmed that she herself will be present at the protest tomorrow, February 17th.
