Vetëvendosje official Agim Bahtiri has come out against the Constitutional Court's ruling, which, in the case of the Serbian List's appeal against the election of Nenad Rašić as deputy speaker of the Kosovo Assembly from the Serbian community, found that it was in CONTRARY with the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of Kosovo.
Agim Bahtiri wrote that "the decision of the Constitutional Court imposing representation on us from the Serbian List is unfair and violates the sovereign will of the citizens of Kosovo."
According to him, "we do not accept political dictates that undermine the state and democracy."
"It is absurd that someone from a list that represents terrorism and not civilization should be the deputy speaker of the Kosovo Assembly," he said.
