Kosovar analyst Ilir Deda has reacted to the clash that has begun between Albin Kurti's camp and President Vjosa Osmani after the latter's decision not to run for another term as president.
Deda has considered the accusations being made against President Vjosa Osmani for a coup and lynchings against her as abnormal.
He said that with Osmani you can have disagreements regarding domestic policy, but regarding foreign policy, according to Deda, Osmani has been the only one who has brought results.
Full reaction:
The politics of lynching, division, and conspiracies are eroding the present and stealing the future of this country. Do you really believe that the woman at the head of state wanted to stage a coup?
Are you normal?
Everyone may disagree with President Vjosa Osmani about the way she has acted in domestic politics. However, in foreign policy, she has been the only address that has brought results for Kosovo, and has been the guarantee of Kosovo's relations with the world.
The generation of crises and the follow-up with these kinds of false and lynching campaigns should make everyone ask themselves what kind of environment we are living in and how long we will tolerate this.
Kosovo, however, did not need this crisis at all, which was not caused by anyone outside Kosovo, not the opposition parties, nor any invented enemy, but by the desire for absolute power. And the absolute power of a party has nothing to do with democracy, freedom, and development.
