Four police officers suffered minor injuries during the arrest of a 45-year-old man in the village of Samadrajxhe, Suhareka.
According to a Kosovo Police statement, the incident occurred on Tuesday at around 08:30, after the police received a complaint from a citizen that the suspect with the initials BK, 45 years old, had blocked the "Ramush Kotori" road in this village.
It is suspected that he had placed metal rods embedded in the ground and connected with wire, impeding the free movement of residents on that street.
"Immediately after the report, police patrols responded and arrived at the scene. During the intervention, the suspect attacked police officers with a cold weapon (knife). The police reacted with immediate action, neutralizing the attack and managing to arrest the suspect.
