PDK MP Artan Behrami said in "DPT te Fidani" on Klan Kosova that all meetings between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the leaders of opposition parties are improvisations.
He added that if Kurti were interested in a consensual candidate for president, he would have started the dialogue much earlier.
"This man (Albin Kurti) has created this confusion, because he has overturned the entire political culture since the war. If we look at how this country functioned, not with this independence, but also after independence...
"If you look at how presidents were appointed, there is an established political culture. Where the absolute majority of presidents were elected in the Kosovo Assembly by political agreement. There have been cases when there has been both comprehensive agreement and consensual figures.
"If he had been interested in a consensual candidate, he would have started this dialogue two months ago, or a month ago. If he had been interested in consensual names, he could have started this improvised dialogue with all political parties earlier," said Behrami.
