On Monday at around 22:30, the Police in Prizren, after continuous investigative work, managed to locate and arrest the wanted person AP, 37 years old from the village of Velezhe.
The same person was wanted according to court arrest warrants for several criminal offenses, specifically for: murder, causing general danger and unauthorized possession, possession and control of a weapon, reports Klankosova.
After the arrest, on 10.02.2026, the suspect was sent to the Special Prosecution Office for further legal proceedings.
The criminal offense occurred in 2015, where the main suspect in the murder case was arrested and convicted by the court, but AP had also been one of the suspects and had been on the run for several years.
