Arben Taravari of the Alliance for Albanians, who left the so-called VALENT coalition in North Macedonia, confessed for the first time what the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, had told him before this coalition entered government with Hristjan Mickoski.

Taravari said that in May of last year, Edi Rama knew for sure what would happen to him in a coalition with Mickoski - a coalition that was widely supported and created by Albin Kurti.

"I'm saying something, I believe that Mr. Edi Rama doesn't take me seriously. Immediately after May 8, I had a meeting with Rama in Tirana. And he asked me: "Are you joining the Government? What positions do you have?" I said Parliamentary Speaker. "Great", he said. He asked me how many ministers I said "six ministers". Very good. Just one message.

"Mickoski will use you, he will exploit you and throw you away like a rag. And I remember this. He said 'you will come out very badly, because you are four parties'. A problem to function. He said it from the beginning, he said you will be wasted, misused, and in the end you will be left like a rag. And really, we remained like that. They started not asking us and ignoring us and we really looked very bad," Taravari said on TeVe1.
