The Pressing show on T7 is discussing barriers and monitoring of universities in Kosovo.

Analyst Dibran Hoxha says that abuses of numbers and student quotas are unnecessary for the labor market.

"Abuse of numbers, student quotas are unnecessary for the labor market. This year, 5700 students have applied for 6500 bachelor's places, leaving 800 students out. These 5700 students have no chance, or not in the labor market, but for the master's, 2000 people have applied, and there are 2400 places, meaning 400 places remain empty.

"If the institution had brought it, which means you brought 2400 places to the master's program at UP, we have a research that does not need 2400 places. So there are 2400 places that the agency should be," said Hoxha.

Hasnije Ilazi from the State Quality Council opposed Hoxha.

"Not that they should be. You know very well that's not the case. I'm telling you what the agency can do to me," she said.
