And of course this is correct, as failure to do so can turn a simple transport job into a disaster.
However, for some reason, not everyone seems to follow the most basic rules.
It also happened to a driver whose negligence or forgetfulness almost resulted in a disaster for a Subaru WRX racing car.
An image, albeit brief, was recently shared on social media and shows a car carrying a modified WRX on a mountain road.
While we can't pinpoint the exact location of the footage, some clues suggest it was filmed on a remote mountain road in Turkey.
In any case, the scenery does little to diminish the drama unfolding in the view.
