The White House has denied reports that the US has requested an extension of the ceasefire in the conflict with Iran.
Press spokesperson Karoline Leavitt described these reports as "inaccurate," emphasizing that there was no such request from Washington.
She announced that contacts for a second round of talks with Tehran have been productive and that negotiations could take place again in Pakistan, which is acting as the sole mediator.
Leavitt also added that the US will not renew licenses that allowed the purchase of Russian and Iranian oil. /Panorama
