PDK's candidate for mayor of Mitrovica, Arian Tahiri, has provided details about the two bridges that have begun to be built in this city.
He said in Pressing on T7 that these two projects will be finalized by the fall of 2025.
"I want to emphasize that there has always been a bridge there, it has been there since the post-war period - which we in Mitrovica know as Vig. In the floods that occurred in 2022, they damaged it and that Vig was moved. Now the works are starting that will be a pedestrian bridge that will be beautiful and important. While the other bridge is behind the Minatori gym that can also be a bridge for vehicles," Tahiri said in Pressing, according to Express.
"These are projects that are being financed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, for which I am grateful because they are important for the citizens of Mitrovica," he said.
