For more than eighteen years, Visar Xani's work has been closely linked to public discourse.
Visari belongs to that generation that got to know Kosovo in motion, in debate, in its continuous effort to become a stronger and more just state. Initially as a journalist and political analyst, with a critical eye towards social and political developments, and then within the institutions themselves, where words must be transformed into responsibility and work into results.
In international organizations and public administration, Visari has brought the calm of people who understand the state as a project that must be worked on day after day. Visari has contributed to reforms, institutional communication and the professional training of many officials in Kosovo, in particular with his role as RESPA's National Coordinator for Kosovo.
Above all, he brings a quality that is rarely mentioned, but easily discerned: the seriousness of a person who sees public service as an obligation to citizens and not as a privilege.
