The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has made another call for countries to unite in efforts to combat Iran's attempts to close the Strait of Hormuz.
Just hours after saying he hoped the United Kingdom, China and other countries would send warships, the US president declared that countries "that get oil through the Strait of Hormuz should take care of that passage," reports Sky News, reports Gazeta Express.
"The United States has completely defeated and destroyed Iran, militarily, economically, and in every other way," Trump said.
He added that the US will help and coordinate those countries "A LOT" so that "everything goes quickly, smoothly and well."
"This should have always been a joint team effort, and now it will be – it will unite the world towards Harmony, Security and Eternal Peace," Trump said.
