Vjosa Osmani's former advisor regarding the letter sent by the American president to former President Osmani at the end of her mandate, said that she sees it as "clear signals from Washington" about her leadership.
According to Haradinaj, the US assessment is proof that Kosovo "is already an active contributor to promoting global peace and stability" and that Osmani's leadership is a factor that is "taken seriously."
"The American guarantee for our Kosovo will be preserved and will remain a stable compass for the future, guiding our country towards new successes and strengthening every step in the service of its people," she said, among other things.
