The funeral ceremony has begun in honor of the former Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Servet Pëllumbi, who passed away the day before at the age of 89.
The Arkemorti arrived at 09:00 at "Skënderbej" Square in Tirana and was then placed in the lobby of the Opera and Ballet Theater.
Tributes in honor of the well-known public figure have already begun, while state tributes will take place at 12:00.
The funeral ceremony, which will be held with state protocol, is scheduled for 12:30.
