The Trepça team has achieved a very important victory in the fourth game of the Kosovo Super League basketball play-off finals, defeating Bashkimi with a score of 80-74. With this triumph, the Mitrovica team now leads the final series with 3:1 and is only one victory away from the championship title.
The match took place in a fiery atmosphere, where both teams gave their best to get the victory. Trepça started the match strongly, dominating the first quarter with a score of 33-26, while in the second period Bashkimi returned to the game, but the Mitrovica team maintained the lead.
In the second half, the game was much more balanced. Trepça scored 28 points in the third quarter, while Bashkimi scored only 16, which proved decisive for the course of the match. In the last quarter, both teams tried to control the pace, but Trepça maintained the advantage and ended the match with a 6-point lead.
This victory puts Trepça in an ideal position to close the series in the fifth game and claim the Kosovo basketball championship title for this season.
The next match could be decisive, and with another victory, Trepça will be crowned champion, while Bashkimi must win three consecutive matches to overturn the series and grab the trophy.
