The Trepça team has secured qualification for the final of the Kosovo Super League in basketball, after defeating Sigal Prishtina with a score of 84:80 in the fourth game of the semi-final series, closing it with an overall score of 3:1.
In an extremely strong and tense match, the Mitrovica team started the match strongly at the Palace of Youth and Sports, winning the first quarter with 29:18. Prishtina reacted in the second quarter, which they won with 27:19, narrowing the gap at the break.
The third quarter was characterized by strong defenses and few points, with Trepça managing to maintain the lead with a narrow score of 10:9, while in the last quarter both teams scored 26 points each, but the lead created in the first half gave Trepça the decisive victory.
With this triumph, Trepça confirms its good form and serious goals for the championship title, while it now awaits its opponent in the final.
For Pristina, the season ends in the semi-final stage, after a hard-fought series that showed the great rivalry between the two most popular Kosovo basketball clubs.
