Professor Zlatko Jacevski, who performed the autopsy on Ivana Stojanoska, distinguished in the court hearing between the injuries caused by the fall and those sustained earlier.
According to him, some of the injuries to the face were about a week old, while the bruises on the neck occurred shortly before death.
He stated that no alcohol, drugs or sedatives were found in Ivana. Meanwhile, high concentrations of cocaine and diazepam were found in the defendant Stojançe Jovanovski.
On the other hand, doctor Ana Ivçeva emphasized that the injuries to the chin were caused by squeezing with fingers.
The accused in his testimony denied using violence and did not mention the allegations of beatings.
The court hearing will continue with closing arguments, scheduled for April 28.
