Under the auspices of the Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, a memorial service will be organized tomorrow and the Book of Mourning will be opened in honor of the life and work of academic Rexhep Qosja, the presidency announces.
"At 08:45, Acting President Haxhiu will participate in the memorial service and sign the Book of Mourning," the announcement states.
In addition to the tributes, Haxhiu has declared tomorrow a day of state mourning in honor of the life and work of academic Rexhep Qosja, who died today.
"In honor of the life and work of academic Rexhep Qosja, tomorrow, Friday, April 24, 2026, is declared a day of state mourning in the Republic of Kosovo," she announced.
