The next court hearing in the case of the attack in Banjska, Zveçan, is being held at the Basic Court in Pristina today.
The hearing is expected to begin at 09:30, where the closing arguments of the defense for the accused Blagoje Spasojevic, Vladimir Tolic and Dusan Maksimovic will be given.
The three defendants will appear before the trial panel, facing charges related to the September 24, 2023 attack.
In the previous session, the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Office, Naim Abazi, had requested life imprisonment for the accused.
In his closing statement, he presented a 21-page document, as well as footage from the moment of the attack that occurred on September 23, 2023.
According to the prosecutor, it has been proven that the accused were aware of the development of the attack and had a role in it, while its purpose, according to him, was the annexation of northern Kosovo.
