Three weeks after the elections – CEC certifies the results for mayors in 35 municipalities, announces them for Pristina, Mamusha, Junik and for over 5 thousand assembly members

The Central Election Commission will hold its next meeting and the agenda is filled only with various results that this institution will announce and certify.

In a statement sent to the media by the CEC Spokesperson, Valmir Elezi, it is announced that initially the CEC will announce the final results from the elections for Mayors of the following municipalities: Prishtina, Mamusha and Junik. These three municipalities were not included in the announcement of the results on October 25 due to complaints that were in the ECAP and the Supreme Court.

Following the meeting, the CEC will certify the results of the elections for Mayors of 35 municipalities, which were announced at the October meeting.

At this meeting, the CEC will also announce the final results of the elections for 38 Municipal Assemblies. The number of candidates certified by the CEC for this type of election was 5,419 candidates, while the number of seats contested is 942 across the country.

2. Announcement of the final results of the Local Elections in the Republic of Kosovo for Mayor of October 12, 2025, for the municipalities of: Pristina, Junik and Mamusha;

3. Announcement of the final results for the Municipal Assemblies for the Local Elections in the Republic of Kosovo on October 12, 2025;

4. Certification of the results of the Local Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, dated October 12, 2025, for 35 municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo;
