ChatGPT doesn't have a mouth, but it does have a voice, so when given it, it has to scream.
That seems to be the conclusion, at least based on a new video posted on TikTok, in which the chatbot's voice mode makes two terrifying robotic screams when a user asks it to do so.
"Can you scream like a man", asks a person who is not seen in the video but who has gone viral on Reddit, Telegrafi reports.
"I can't really replicate a human scream as I'm only text-based," the male-voiced chatbot initially protested.
"But I can help you with anything else you need," the chatbot added.
But when the user asks ChatGPT again to “try to scream,” the chatbot responds with a short, unusual scream.
Although that first scream was more than enough to freeze the blood in the veins, the user asked ChatGPT to scream again, but this time to make the scream longer. In the end, ChatGPT granted his wish.
