Kosovo Police have announced that M. Gashi, suspected of the aggravated murder of D. Gashi, has been arrested, an event that occurred on August 5, 2022 in Lipjan.
According to the additional police report, on Wednesday the relevant police units managed to identify and arrest two Kosovar male suspects in connection with this case.
During the raid on the apartment where the suspects were located, the police found and confiscated two pistols with cartridges of different calibers, various documents that were suspected of being forged and used to conceal identity and defraud citizens.
A quantity of narcotics was also seized, for which a special case has been opened by the narcotics investigation unit.
By decision of the prosecutor, the two suspects have been remanded in custody for 48 hours, while investigations into the case continue.
