The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has requested the detention measure against Fatmir Sheholli on suspicion that he was a recruit of the Serbian Intelligence Service and acted under the orders and instructions of BIA official, Bojan Dimic.

In the file provided by "Oath for Justice", Sheholli is said to have collected information about allegedly usurped Serb properties in Kosovo and forwarded the same information to the BIA through telephone communications.

According to the Prosecution, Sheholli, according to Dimic's instructions and plans, on September 26 of this year in North Mitrovica, had received materials, audio and transcripts of conversations of officials of the Ministry for Communities and Returns that are suspected of being compromising, as well as a sum of money as a reward for their publication, which he then published in online media.

In addition, Sheholli is said to have received a sum of money from this person as a reward for their publication, which were then published in several online media outlets in Kosovo.

According to the Prosecution, with these actions, Sheholli intentionally and knowingly assisted the BIA by implementing their instructions and consequently violated the security and legal order of Kosovo, as well as the integrity of its officials and citizens.

With these actions, Sheholli is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Espionage" under Article 124, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, according to the Prosecution, during the Kosovo Police raids on October 9, 2025, a number of electronic devices, documentation and other items were seized in Sheholli's apartment, which will be sent for examination./Oath for Justice
