The country's President, Vjosa Osmani, is considering legal options to address the Constitutional Court with a request for clarification of the verdict for the constitutive session.
This was stated by the Presidency's media advisor, Bekim Kupina, to Gazeta Express.
Kupina said that Oman is considering this possibility to clarify the legal consequences if the assembly is not constituted within the deadline set by the Constitution.
"The President is considering legal options to address the Court with a request for clarification of the judgment Judgment in case no. KO 124/25, in order to clarify the legal consequences in the event that the Assembly is not constituted within the deadline set by the Court (i.e., within 30 days)," said Kupina.
