Witness Naim Sadiku, who was the owner of the store where Naim Murseli had gone after the critical incident, said that the accused had told him that he had been robbed and that his wife had been left in the car.
Naim Murseli, Granit Plava, Kushtrim Kokalla and Tom Dodaj are charged in the case of the murder of Liridona Ademaj on November 29, 2023, reports "Oath for Justice".
Witness Sadiku said that the accused Murseli had told him that he could not go to the scene of the crime because it was not his responsibility and he did not dare.
He claimed that the Police had said that the person Besart Pestisha had continued towards the scene of the incident, but since that person had a house on that street, he does not know if he went to the scene.
"The same person returned to the bar after 2-3 minutes, the same person was worried when he said he had seen a woman in the car...", Sadiku stated to the Police.
According to the witness, after the police arrived, Murseli's children stayed with him, while the accused continued with the police unit. He said that a police officer had asked him to leave the children there.
But Sadik denied asking Murseli to leave the children at the store and go to the car.
Sadiku also stated that Murseli had gone to his store and told him that they had been robbed.
"At that moment I was in the market, I heard a voice crying, I saw that there was a child in the arms. In fact, (Murseli) was with two children and said can you call the police because they robbed us. At that moment he entered the market, I took the phone and told him to pick up the phone, he called the police. He told me I couldn't call him because I was worried, I called the police," said Sadiku.
The witness told the police that a person had entered his shop and told him that he had been robbed on “Dalip Alshiqi” Street. He said that they had asked to speak directly with Murseli, but that the latter had refused, saying that he was worried.
After calling the police, he said that he had addressed Mursel, saying "the important thing is that the children survived," and that the accused had told him that his wife had remained in the car.
"They told me no, the woman stayed in the car, now I called the police again and told them what Naimi was telling me, that he refused to talk to the police and the police told me that we were coming in that direction," Sadiku declared.
Responding to Mursel's question whether he seemed unwilling to talk to the police or stressed, the witness said that he seemed very worried.
"When this Naimi came out with my phone that he took me to talk to someone, I don't know who he talked to, the children were in the store with me and they spoke in a language among themselves that I didn't know what language they were speaking and when they spoke among themselves they cried, but I gave them water. The older one said to me 'dad, I can't take it with me'. I gave him a pallet and he sat there and I sat the little one in my chair where I sell," said Sadiku.
Asked if the children said their mother was killed, the witness said that as far as he could remember, one of the children had said something to him.
"I think one (child) said, and the older one, if I'm not mistaken, said, 'Axi bam,' but I didn't want to get into that conversation because I didn't know what was going on," Sadiku continued.
The witness emphasized that he did not remember whether the victims said that their father had held their mother or something similar. He said that he did not notice whether the children were afraid of the accused Murseli but that they had stayed with him.
