An elderly woman in Vlora, Albania, asked to meet Prime Minister Edi Rama as he was walking in the square of the coastal city.
The elderly woman is seen in the video running after Rama, while trying to avoid police and security forces.
By calling him, she manages to attract the prime minister's attention.
“What do you have, what do you have?” Rama says as he shakes his hand. They are then seen talking.
