The Kosovo Agency of Statistics has published Hospitality Statistics for January 2026.
In this statistic, ASK announces that there were fewer hotel visitors in January 2026 than a year earlier.
In January 2026, the number of visitors to hotels was 66,980, of which 27,377 were domestic visitors and 39,603 were foreign visitors. Compared to January 2025 (when there were 69,227 visitors), there was a decrease in the total number of visitors to hotels by 3,2%.
The number of overnight stays was 126,838, of which 71,197 (56,1%) were from external visitors and 55,641 (or 43,8%) were from internal visitors.

The largest number of domestic visitors to hotels is in the Peja Region with 10 visitors and 868 overnight stays.

Regarding foreign visitors, compared to the previous period (January 2025) there was a decrease in visitors of 4,4%.
In total, 39,603 foreign visitors, of which the largest number were from: Albania, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, etc.
