The tourism sector in the country has recorded growth during June 2025, compared to the same period last year.
According to data published by the Kosovo Agency of Statistics, the number of visitors has increased by 12.8%, while overnight stays have increased by 15.9%, reflecting the growing interest in tourism in the country.
"The number of visitors for the month of June, according to the hotel survey in the Republic of Kosovo, in June 2025, compared to June 2024, the number of visitors increased by 12.8%, while their overnight stays increased by 15.9%," the KAS report states.
Meanwhile, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kosovo increased in June of this year, compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to data from the Kosovo Agency of Statistics, in June 2024, Kosovo was visited by 36,211 foreign visitors, while in June 2025 this number reached 39,555, which represents an increase of 9.2%.
According to ASK, the foreign visitors who have visited Kosovo the most come from Albania, Germany, Switzerland and Turkey.
