The initial hearing is being held at the Basic Court in Pristina on Wednesday in the case where Faton Klinaku and Nuredin Selmani are accused of threatening the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti.
Kurti himself came to this hearing in the capacity of the injured party.
After the judge in the case, Rrahman Beqiri, informed the injured party - the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, regarding his rights recognized by law, Kurti said that he is not filing a property-legal claim.
In this case, Faton Klinaku and Nuredin Selmani are being accused of threatening Kurti, reports "Oath for Justice".
