FIFA has revealed the financial prize money structure for the next edition of the Club World Cup, which will be held in 2025 in the United States of America.
This expanded tournament, with the participation of 32 clubs from around the world, will bring not only high sporting rivalry, but also significant financial benefits for the participating teams.
The participation bonus ranges from €23.6 million to €35 million, depending on the club's profile and regional representation. This considerable sum ensures that each team benefits significantly just for being in the competition.
In the group stage, each victory will be rewarded with 1.77 million euros, while equalization with 944 thousand eurosEven these figures encourage maximum competition from the first steps of the tournament.
Clubs that manage to qualify for the round of 1 will benefit from 8 million euros, while quarter-finalists will collect 6.84 million euros.
Reaching the semi-finals brings another financial bonus of 19.12 million euros, while the finalist who loses the title match will receive 27.38 million euros.
The winner of the Club World Cup will receive a whopping 35.4 million euros, making this competition one of the most lucrative in international club football.
